Relive the memories – Share the Moment – Dream Ahead

A valentine for the community from Nashua Community Concert Association and The Opera Circle™ in the guise of a very special concert featuring four singers, acclaimed for their performances throughout New England, and beyond.

Scene from The Telephone Soprano Danielle Melillo and baritone Jeff Caron will perform Gian Carlo Menotti’s delightful one-act romantic opera The Telephone. These two young artists have been enthusiastically applauded in this work, the presentation of which at last year’s Community Theatre Association Festival earned Best Production honors for the Hope Light Opera Company of Derry NH, as well as the Best Leading Actress award for Danielle Melillo. Danielle Melillo

Soprano Molly Jo Rivelli and tenor Alan W. Schneider will present a selection of favorite romantic moments from opera, operetta and musical theatre. Both artists have appeared with a number of major companies in New England and elsewhere, including the Boston Lyric Opera, to which Mr. Schneider returns this season for his fifth year as a principal artist, appearing in Donizetti’s Lucie de Lammermoor and Verdi’s La Traviata. Ms. Rivelli has impressed audiences throughout New England with “one incredible voice and a great stage presence”. Her most recent performances in our area include the world premiere of Oscar, a new opera by Thomas Oboe Lee at the Granite State Opera, and she has also appeared as soloist with the Nashua Symphony.
